    • With different stride levels, you can easily range from walking to sprinting, running to climbing, even hiking. HIIT Boosters displayed on the console screen amplify your workout and make for a mini personal trainer, right inside your machine​.

  • Lateral X (Middle)

    • Unlike any other, the Lateral X goes not back and forth but side to side, working your inner and outer thighs and all the small muscles above the knees.

  • X-Ride (Right)

    • This recumbent elliptical has heart rate monitoring and HIIT Boosters, which help isolate upper and lower body by using the handlebars and foot placements, creating the most comfortable yet challenging body workout you can experience sitting down.


Matrix Ascent Trainers

Matrix Ascent Trainers are not your average elliptical. With elevation levels from 0-100, these machines allow you to incorporate a stair-master workout and a cross country workout all in one, without machine hopping and wasting time!

    • In a laid back reclining position, this bike distributes the weight of the rider in a larger area supporting the back and the buttock- this low impact workout prevents injury by putting less stress on the joints.     • Leg raises are a simple and effective move to target your abs and build your core strength. Unlike crunches, leg raises target your lower stomach muscles, which are trickier to tone up.

  • AbCoaster (Second in from Left)

    • The Ab Coaster stabilizes your upper body and helps you maintain proper posture while performing the exercise. Many users report that it is easier on their back and neck than doing traditional ab exercises.

  • AbSolo (Middle)

    • Ever had a challenging core workout while playing a carnival game? The AbSolo is your way of doing so! This fun and effective abdominal exercise machine keeps users excited about working their core.     • The Roman Bench is a small, compact apparatus that is waist high and used to target back and core muscles. It has a padded seat to sit or lay across, along with leg pegs/rolls to secure you and work your leg muscles.​
