This is the best local fitness center around. The owner and staff are friendly, helpful and a joy to be around. The equipment is always in good working order and if anything breaks it is fixed very quickly. The equipment is all newer and they have a very large selection considering this is a smaller gym. There are plenty of classes to choose from. They have the option to join live classes or you can use the virtual classes at your convenience. From strength training to weight lifting to cycling to all the basic health activities, they have you covered. The pricing is very affordable considering all that you get for your money. There are no hidden charges and gimmicks to try and get you in the door. Just show up 24/7 and do what you do. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Tell them I sent you ;-)
