We know true strength comes from building a strong core. With that in mind, we've chosen a unique mix of equipment that maximizes the use of your core in every functional way. We start with the RealRyder® ABF8 "unstationary" bikes that twist, turn and lean, revolutionizing indoor cycling from what was essentially a cardio workout, into a

FULL BODY fitness program.

RealRyder® is a unique indoor cycling experience which is not only effective, but FUN. Park Club is the one and only RealRyder® facility in the Bucks County area!  We chose the RealRyder®ABF (articulating bike frame) technology because of its superior functional training benefits over conventional stationary bikes; providing upper body, lower body, cardiovascular, and core engagement as you lean, turn, steer, and balance through three essential planes of motion.

Some of the benefits of RealRyder® indoor cycling:

  • Increase endurance & stamina with a cardio workout that's actually FUN!

  • Sculpt lean core muscles

  • Tone & strengthen your upper and lower body

  • Burn 20% more calories compared to traditional stationary bikes

  • Improve speed and power with an expanded range of dynamic, functional movements

  • Change your body & mind with bikes that TILT, TURN, and LEAN because straight lines are boring!!!
