About Park Club Fitness and Wellness
Focused on meeting the distinct needs of the Perkasie community, our 24/7 fitness studio offers both live group training as well as on demand classes to fit into anyone's hectic schedule. We provide fun and effective workout options to family members of all ages and interests. Because we know that a healthy society depends on the well-being of all those who comprise it, our emphasis is on giving our members the most for their dollars to make the Park Club experience accessible to more segments of the community.
Park Club Staff
Front Desk Staff
Shelby works the front desk at Park Club and has been an employee since September of 2018. She is a current student at Bucks County Community College and is majoring in Biology. You may also see her at Living Hope Church, biking at Peace Valley, or working out in the gym!
Carl is the owner of Park Club Fitness and the previous owner of Snap Fitness Perkasie. He has been an avid hockey player since he was 12 years old, playing for both Wintersports and Faceoff Circle. He continues to play today at Hatfield Ice. Carl is a certified personal trainer and has been a fitness club owner for over 13 years.
Front Desk Staff
Lindsey works the front desk at Park Club and has been an employee since December of 2019. She is a current student at Temple University pursuing her Bachelor of Arts degree. You may also see her working out in the gym!
Personal Trainer/HIIT to the Hits Instructor
Randall has been working in the fitness industry since 2012. He holds various certifications including personal training, group fitness, TRX, and Level 1 Yoga. He enjoys working 1 on 1 with clients as well as teaching fitness classes. He started on his own road to fitness by losing 25 pounds and soon after decided to turn his love of exercise into a full-time career. Over the years, Randall has self-designed two of his own specialty group fitness classes: "HIIT to the Hits" and "Senior Cardio and Core." Always keep your workouts safe, effective, and enjoyable. If you have those three elements, you'll keep coming back for more.

TRX/Boot Camp Instructor
Outgoing, full of energy, encouraging, and always looking for a way to make fitness fun; these are a few words to describe Kathleen. Throughout her life, Kathleen battled with her weight, until one day she decided to make a change. Kathleen lost the weight, grew her confidence (and muscles), and was inspired to help others attain their fitness goals. For 12 years now, fitness has been a part of her. Kathleen is certified in TRX and Mad Dogg Spin. If you are looking for encouraging, uplifting and inspiring instruction, come join her for a challenging and fulfilling workout. Be prepared to sweat!
HIIT, Bootcamp, & Tabata Instructor
Certifed Personal Trainer
Skill, motivation, and vigor are just a few attributes Sherry brings to her method of fitness training. Sherry has been an Instructor here at Park Club Fitness for 6 years. Sherry is motivating and full of energy, always bringing her A-game to the table. Sherry instructs HIIT, Bootcamp, and Tabata classes here at Park Club and will have you sweating off calories with every visit! Sherry's dynamic Bootcamp class combines rigorous muscle strengthening, traditional calisthenic and bodyweight exercises with interval training.
Sherry also offers personal training services here at Park Club.
Lisa became certified in Zumba in early 2014. She has been doing Zumba for 5+ years and LOVES it! So much that she even taught Zumba during her entire pregnancy! Lisa lives in Perkasie, PA and is originally from Bethlehem, PA. She has a BA from DeSales in Criminal Justice and is married with two kids.
Caitlin discovered yoga during her pregnancy with her first child and was immediately hooked. Three beautiful daughters later, she started teaching as a way to share her love and passion with others. Her classes are a comfortable, light-hearted atmosphere where everyone can find their place on their own yoga journey. She encourages using the asana practice as a means to discover the strength, love, and peace that lies within all of us.
