About Park Club Fitness

Focused on meeting the distinct needs of the Perkasie community, our 24/7 fitness studio offers both live group training as well as on demand classes to fit into anyone's hectic schedule. We provide fun and effective workout options to family members of all ages and interests. Because we know that a healthy society depends on the well being of all those who comprise it, our emphasis is on giving our members the most for their dollars to make the Park Club experience accessible to more segments of the community.



TRX/Boot Camp Instructor

Outgoing, full of energy, encouraging, and always looking for a way to make fitness fun; these are a few words to describe Kathleen.  Throughout her life, Kathleen battled with her weight, until one day she decided to make a change.   Kathleen lost the weight, grew her confidence (and muscles), and was inspired to help others attain their fitness goals. For 12 years now, fitness has been apart of her.  Kathleen is certified in TRX and Mad Dogg Spin.  If you are looking for encouraging, uplifting and inspiring instruction, come join her for a challenging and fulfilling workout.  Be prepared to sweat!

Power Pilates Instructor

Ranju has been involved in Pilates since 2000, and is AAAI-ISMA certified. She has worked with both beginner and proficient students, and helps students adapt to the techniques to ensure that everyone is challenged regardless of their skill level. Ranju has also danced ballet since she was a child and continues pointe and ballet classes weekly.

Personal Trainer/Instructor

Randall has been working in the fitness industry since 2012.  He holds multiple certifications including personal training, group fitness, TRX, and Level 1 Yoga.  He enjoys working 1 on 1 with clients as well as teaching fitness classes.  He started on his own road to fitness by losing 25 pounds and soon after decided to turn his love of exercise into a full-time career.  Over the years, Randall has self-designed two of his own specialty group fitness classes:  "HIIT to the Hits" and "Senior Cardio and Core." Always keep your workouts safe, effective, and enjoyable.  If you have those three elements, you'll keep coming back for more.

Zumba Instructor

Lisa became certified in Zumba in early 2014. She has been doing Zumba for 5+ years and LOVES it! So much that she even taught Zumba during her entire pregnancy! Lisa lives in Perkasie, PA and is originally from Bethlehem, PA. She has a BA from DeSales in Criminal Justice and is married with two kids.

Yoga Instructor

    Ben was born in Las Vegas and moved to Quakertown in 1999. He married in 2004 and has a 9-year-old son.

In 2010, Ben took up Yoga on Saturday mornings and practiced for a few years.  Yoga consistently helped resolve his IBS.  As he experienced healing, he felt a desire to share this gift with others.  He applied his desire for helping others to sharing his love of yoga with those close to him. Soon he realized he too, could be an instructor. 


    In 2015-2016, he completed AYS Training and Hatha Yoga Certification Training through the Himalayan Institute. He began instructing classes in October 2016. Ben consistently works on refining his instructing in hopes to show his class participants that each person's birthright is samadhi - bliss.

Certifications: RYS 200 Hour and Ayurvedic Yoga Specialist (AYS), both acquired 2016

Personal Trainer/Instructor

Natalie has always enjoyed being physically active. She discovered AFAA and received her Group Fitness Certification, and later became Personal Trainer Certified.


With a busy schedule of work, being a wife, Mom, and homemaker, time to exercise became limited, so Natalie tried out quick HIIT and Tabata workouts. She began seeing results in not just appearance, but increased energy for the rest of the day, decreased depression with the hormonal change, and overall feelings of confidence, strength and power.


Her goal is to help people practice safe, simple, and sustainable exercise techniques and strategies.


You can expect Natalie to lead by example, work out with you and help you push yourself to realize that you are capable of so much more than you think!
